Christmas Cosmopolitan

A delicious cranberry cocktail with a sugar rim and garnished with cranberries and rosemary, that will be sure to get you in the Christmas spirit.

Serves

1 Cocktail

Ingredients for the Christmas Cosmopolitan

  • Lime and sugar to coat the rim
  • 1 1/2 ounces vodka
  • 1 ounce triple sec
  • 1/3 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 1/2 ounces cranberry juice
  • Cranberries for garnish
  • Rosemary sprig for garnish

To make the Christmas Cosmpolitan

Coat the rim of the martini glass by rubbing lime juice on the rim of the glass and dipping into plate filled with sugar. Set glass aside. Fill shaker with ice and combine vodka, triple sec, freshly-squeezed lime juice and cranberry juice to shaker. Shake well. Strain cocktail from shaker into martini glass. Garnish with cranberries and rosemary spring.
