Notice on True’s Billing Communication Practices
Introduction
Effective Date: November 10, 2025
This notice is being provided to all customers, vendors, and business partners of True Manufacturing Co., Inc. and all international subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “True’). At True, we are dedicated to proactively safeguarding the integrity of our business relationships from scams and cybersecurity attacks. As part of this ongoing commitment, we want to reiterate True’s communication practices:
Official Communication Channels:
All emails from True, solicited or unsolicited, will come exclusively from our official domain (@truemfg.com). We do not use any other variation of our official domain or public email domains such as Gmail, Yahoo, or others.
Sensitive Information Requests:
True will never ask for updates on invoices, billing confirmations, changes to bank accounts, or any other sensitive account information via an unsolicited email or request customers to enter login credentials into unidentified or undisclosed online platforms. True does not send unsolicited SMS/text messages to confirm or request sensitive or confidential information.
Questions:
If True has a question regarding your invoice or account, a True representative will properly identify him or herself, reference your True account number, and contact the pre-designated individual at your company. We will never aggressively or urgently demand information from you.
Verification Process
If you receive an unexpected request purportedly from True requesting invoice updates, billing details, or asking you to make updates to banking information, please reach out to your designated True representative using known contact information provided in previous communications to confirm its authenticity.
We encourage all companies to implement a multi-layered security approach to verify requests for sensitive or confidential information by independent methods. Thank you for your attention to this important notice.
