Can I have tracking information on my order?

Yes, we will need the PO or order number to check.

We can check for you, please Contact Us and have your PO or order number ready.

How do I find a part number?

Once a cabinet serial number is provided it can be searched for you. Or it can be looked up through the Parts Store if your company is set up.

How do I order parts?

True is not set up to sell factory direct. If you do not have an account, then True has stocking distributors across the US to purchase through. If interested in starting an account, please send your company information to a customer service representative. They will then forward it to the sales associate that handles your territory.

How do I read the serial number to get the production date?

Production logic is not built into our serial numbers.

What is the status of my order?

The purchase order number is required and True can check into this.

Why is the cabinet serial number required?

The cabinet serial number is used to verify that you are receiving the correct part number for your cabinet.
