USA Recommended Service Agent Procedure
Before accessing our Recommended Service Agent list please review the following
so you can understand and agree to the terms listed.
The service agents listed are not employed
by True Sales Company. The list is compiled by True and consists of qualified
agents recommended to perform work on our equipment whether they are within warranty
or not.
Our standard warranty policies apply to any work performed by these agents. Before
accepting these terms we recommend you review your True Warranty terms and conditions.
If a repair that is made is determined not to be covered under warranty, you will
be billed directly by the service agent. If the cooler needing service is the property
of a beverage distributor, please contact them for service.
If you agree to these terms please click 'Accept' to access the Preferred and Recommended
Service agent list. This list will allow you to locate, by zip code, an agent in
your area. True's warranty covers reasonable travel time which is defined as 30
minutes, anything more than this must be pre-approved. If there is not an agent
in your area please contact True Technical Service at 1-800-325-6152 during our
regular business hours of 7:30a.m. – 6:00p.m. CST Monday through Friday or 8:00a.m.
- 12:00p.m. CST on Saturday. We will be happy to assist you in locating an agent.
True recommends, but does not require that a service agent from this list is used,
however, we do require that a licensed professional is used to perform any warranty
service on your True unit.
